Oven Brite

Description

Oven Brite is a thick, clinging, translucent, light amber liquid. Formulated to penetrate, loosen and liquefy baked on food soils, carbon deposits, grease and grime from ovens, grills, hoods, griddles, racks, burners, rotisseries and drip pans.  Clinging formula provides longer contact time with soil on vertical surfaces for more thorough cleaning. Special penetrating feature quickly carries the active ingredients into and through the heaviest soils, speeding the cleaning process. Does not have a strong, unpleasant odour usually associated with oven cleaners. Inhibited to prevent acid attack on metal drain lines.

APPLICATIONS & DILUTIONS

Use undiluted to remove carbon, grease and grime from ovens, grills, hoods, griddles, racks, burners, rotisseries and drip pans. Note: Due to highly alkaline nature of formulation, do not use on aluminum, copper, galvanized plastic composition tile, painted surfaces, self-cleaning and/or continuous cleaning ovens.
